At Smart Financial Media Group, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we are here to help.

Physical Products (Books)

If you receive a damaged or defective physical book, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

For returns of undamaged books, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and downloadable content are final once the file has been delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Seminars & Events

Free seminars and events do not require payment and therefore are not subject to refund. If a paid event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
